Each unit is a two-story home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a double garage, all designed to meet standard authority requirements. The design emphasizes structural efficiency and ease of construction while allowing for cosmetic flexibility. The exterior façade, roof features, and colour palette can be easily customized without affecting the internal layout, offering developers the versatility to adapt the same module across different suburban settings.
