Sullivan Street

The concept design for the Sullivan street town homes explores MUS Collective’s first prototype for a dwelling module which is designed to fit into a standard 600 square meter suburban block. Each dwelling is 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage. The concept ensures compliance with standard authority requirements. The design pushes structural efficiency and ease for buildability whilst having the flexibility to cosmetically mix and match façade style, roof features and colour palette on the exterior with no impact on the internal layout. The ease of changing the exterior provides flexibility for our developer clients to use the same module within various suburban contexts.
