The design of these town homes is a gentle nod to the strong Islamic community of this outer Melbourne suburb. Lattice screens are laced around the homes providing shading and privacy to living spaces. Light and shading splash a myriad of patterns across the interiors throughout the day providing the subtle nostalgia for Islamic architecture.
