Essex Road, Mount Waverley
This innovative subdivision and dual occupancy townhouses will be the first design of their kind in a quiet, suburban area of Mount Waverley. The design called for a contemporary aesthetic, however the challenge was to seamlessly integrate it into this serene neighbourhood. We worked diligently and collaboratively with the project team and the City of Monash to achieve a modern design that fits both the current times and the local context. This project showcased the dynamic skill set, creative thinking, and experience of the entire team, resulting in a significant collaborative effort in hopes of setting a new standard for exceptional design within the existing suburban realm.
